General Motors has yet to hammer out all of the details of its plan to get back to profitability in North America. But one thing is clear: It needs to reverse its decades-long market-share slide if it's to recover. Chairman and CEO G. Richard Wagoner Jr. and his car czar, Vice-Chairman Robert A.
