Head of the world's leading foundry chipmaker, Chang is the father of Taiwan's semiconductor industry. TSMC recently settled its lawsuit against Shanghai rival SMIC and is the first Taiwanese chipmaker to get Taiwanese government permission to open a Chinese fab.
