Microsoft Dsharp monitor
Microsoft Research has been exploring new ways of constructing a more efficient desktop monitor and creating appropriate software. Its ongoing wrap-around monitor project, code-named DSharp, has resulted in this prototype. Microsoft's early trials reveal that users of extrawide screens increased their productivity by at least 9%, with some reporting that they were able to achieve a 50% increase.
