The box of Swanson's Hungry-Man XXL frozen dinners proudly proclaims that it's crammed with one and a half pounds of food, but what isn't proclaimed is the nutritional information. As is common with frozen dinners, the amount of sodium in the Hungry-Man XXL meals is staggering. Sure the calories (970), fat (40 grams), and carbohydrates (106 grams) of the Roasted Carved Turkey are nothing to cheer about, but the 3,600 mg of sodium in the meal is high, especially when the Food and Drug Administration recommends keeping your daily sodium intake below 2,400 mg.
