Agency commdesign analyzed the three home types most readily available within the urban Tokyo area and commissioned architects to develop prototypes for each one. Buyers choose the model that's appropriate but can pick and choose from the modular units to finish homes as they wish. It's a flexible model that offers high-end, customized design at a fraction of the usual cost.
