Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has been criticized for blocking Internet access to opposition sites, particularly during election seasons, and for his harsh reactions to online mockery of the government. Pavel Morozov, right, former student of the European Humanitarian University, faced jail time at age 26 when he posted satirical cartoons critical of the Lukashenko government on the Internet.
