Planned Purchases

GlaxoSmithKline

GlaxoSmithKline, maker of medications and treatments like the asthma inhalers pictured here, employs more than 100,000 people. The company uses Rearden Commerce to help workers make travel and dining reservations, ship packages, and reserve airport parking. Because the purchases are centralized in a single Web environment, companies can better track and control spending. Rearden Commerce also hooks into corporate applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes so reservations automatically appear on an employee's calendar.
