And young people are more willing than ever to take the risk and follow their dreams of entrepreneurial success. In this second annual competition to identify promising young businesspeople in Europe, we again asked our readers to nominate candidates. We screened out entrants over the age of 25 and then interviewed the rest about their businesses and motivations.
