Both logistics companies have high reputation scores. But while you wouldn’t think it looking at the huge gap in stock performance since 2003, UPS (total score 79.1) bests FedEx (75.7) in scores for operations, management, and finances, according to CCW. A big reason: UPS does a better job publicly communicating its strengths, such as its ability to handle complex global delivery challenges with high reliability.
