The U.S. is losing its dominance in innovation. Among industrialized nations, our country's scores on international science and math tests rank in the bottom third and bottom fifth, respectively. I will reverse these trends and double federal basic research funding, improve the math and science skills of our students, and help American entrepreneurs succeed in the global marketplace.
