Since it was established at the incubator in December, 2006, Willy's Salsa has produced and sold more than 25,000 pounds of fresh and jarred salsa. Now sold in 35 retail locations in nine states, Willy's will soon be moving to its own production facility. It plans to distribute its products nationwide.
