Boston-based marketing firm BzzAgent gives away new products like toothbrushes, jeans, and food samples to its "agents"-consumers who agree to pass on their opinion to friends and report back to BzzAgent about what they said. The more word-of-mouth agents spread, the higher their "agent tier"-designations that reward more active agents with more products to review. In other words, more free stuff!
