There are fewer people [in the workplace]. Fewer workers and fewer management. And so, you have a lot more responsibility, and you have to work a lot more hours. It makes me tired. I've always been a reader, but I read a lot more now. It's relaxing. It gives you an avenue to direct yourself in. I've been reading a lot of early American history. I just finished a joint biography of James Madison and his wife. Sometimes early in the morning I'll go to the Barnes & Noble bookstore and just read.
