When we posted Susan Cramm's "8 Things We Hate About IT" on June 2, we received some feisty responses from—yes, we should have seen IT coming—our readers who work in information technology. Cramm, a Harvard Business Publishing blogger and a former CIO, argued that companies are at odds with their information technologists.
