This concept examines the mythical notions of sound transmitted through the vehicular experience, a sensation that will be muted in the post-combustion era of silent cars. An interpretation of Kando—a Japanese term that summarizes the sensation of excitement from the experience of performance—brings the driver in communion with the machine. By creating original sounds through the motion of air passing through a network of channels, the project shifts the emphasis on vehicular sounds from power and potential to an experience that is directly related to its absolute speed.
