MediLog is a tool that allows doctors and patients to record, highlight and organize their conversations during an appointment. Doctors' visits can be fast-paced and stressful, with a lot of important information exchanged. In many cases, patients later need to provide some of this information to a family member or another physician, relying on only their memory or some doctor’s notes. Information that seemed irrelevant at the time might later be crucial to treatment, and over time memories fade and uncertainty grows. MediLog captures the moment so a patient can revisit it in the future, if necessary.
