Kia's Popular Picanto Mini

Korean drivers normally hate to get behind the wheel of small cars. Yet the Picanto mini, called the Morning in some markets, has been a strong seller in Korea this year. The reason: It boasts excellent fuel efficiency, running 47.1 miles per gallon. Kia has no plan to introduce the Picanto in the U.S., but it is one of the most popular Korean-made vehicles in Europe.
