Jean Bernstein says being able to adapt and change a menu quicker than Starbucks has helped differentiate her five Satellite Coffee cafés. She also credits several blended tea drinks and lemonades she offered, which she says Starbucks "didn't do well." She is planning to expand to four more locations within New Mexico.
