Trade-in values have fallen for the GMC Yukon and the even bigger Yukon XL as gas prices have climbed. The Yukon was redesigned for the 2007 model year, which also served to depress resale values for the 2006 model. The Yukon comes equipped with a range of V-8 engines only. Gas mileage for the 2006 model ranges from an EPA-estimated 16 mpg city/20 mpg highway, to only 13 mpg city/17 mpg highway.
