Mitchell Baker
Former CEO, Mozilla
Baker was one of the main drivers behind AOL's spin-off of the Netscape browser code that later became Firefox. At Mozilla, she harnessed an unconventional nonprofit business structure to steer Firefox to mass market acclaim and give Microsoft's Internet Explorer a run for its money before handing the chief executive title to John Lilly. Baker is still chairman and a full-time Mozilla executive.
