“Michelle and our girls are my first priority, and I do my best to ensure I can balance everything. I have never missed a parent-teacher conference, and I make sure I get to spend special moments with them, like taking the girls trickor- treating or shopping for a Christmas tree. The trick is to make sure you prioritize and try sticking to a schedule as long as you can. I have a great staff, we run a tight ship, and we move at a pretty fast pace to ensure we meet all the demands the best we can. Whether it’s receiving an important briefing or working on a speech, you only have so much time each day and night, and you have to always try and make the most of it.”
