Davis launched Savid, a software development and consultancy outfit, three years ago. Today the company has grown to include technology and security consulting, as well as network maintenance and application development. Davis—who also wrote the upcoming book about computer hacking called Hacking Exposed—has gone on to launch two other companies: Mad Motor Auto Parts and (cofounded with his grandfather) Guardian Preservation Services, a mold remediation company. Last year, Savid's sales hit $980,000 and Davis estimates over $2 million in sales for 2008.
