Web site: www.gsb.columbia.edu
Time to find elements: 5 minutes, 37 seconds
The Upside: The Web site has colorful slide shows showcasing school culture, student trips, and New York City. Students in the MBA forums complain that it's hard to get a real feel for a school's culture and atmosphere from its Web site. The slide shows are a step in the right direction.
The Downside: The full-time MBA Web site at Columbia's business school had no glaring flaws, but it landed low in the rankings because it was nearly impossible to find a clear list of application materials, or an application checklist.
