The Upside: Yale's admissions office is staffed by people—and the site offers an easy-to-find list of them to prove it. Financial aid information was easy to navigate, and main points were nicely stated in a few simple sentences. Things like a simple, unembellished font, attractive photographs, and an uncomplicated color scheme also ease the strain of exploring the site.

The Downside: Yale's full-time MBA curriculum is described in a rambling paragraph, which is not as useful as a course list might be.
