I have most of my money in muni bonds and Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS), but I just put $25,000 into the Gramercy Global Optimization Fund, which buys closed-end mutual funds trading at deep discounts. I also own 160 acres in the California desert. I guess I'll sell it during the next real estate cycle.
