A former running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Harris, 58, is best known for his game-winning catch against the Oakland Raiders in the 1972 playoffs dubbed "The Immaculate Reception." After retiring from football, Harris put his Penn State degree in food service and administration to use, starting Super Bakery in 1990. His Pittsburgh company produces "healthy" baked goods which can be found in school lunchrooms nationwide.
