Its Roadster packs an impressive acceleration of 0 to 60 mph in under 4 seconds, but its cost—at more than $100,000—is out of reach for most motorists. The company says it is trying to establish the DNA to make other, more affordable sports cars modeled after the Roadster in the near future.
