What kinds of businesses does your angel group invest in?
We invest from Santa Barbara down through San Diego and east to Riverside, Calif. We primarily invest in life sciences and technology.
Given the turmoil in the markets and the economic downturn, what specifics are you looking for now?
We are looking for companies that are more sustainable on a lower cash burn. We are concerned about the availability of capital as everyone is. The question is, can you survive, can you break even, and sustain yourself until capital is more available?
