Miami may bounce back more quickly than other Florida cities thanks to foreign buyers who are enjoying the effects of their stronger currencies, says Brad Johnson, managing director of Integra Realty Resources in Tampa Bay. "We have a lot of foreign people who come to Florida to vacation, and we have a fire sale going on with the weak dollar."
