Advertising creative directors Brendan Ward and Steven Hebert wanted a way to mark the occasion of the Vice-Presidential debate. The result: The Sarah Palin bingo card. Users downloaded a version of the card from palinbingo.com and scratched out words such as "Wasilla", "Main Street" or "community organizer," whenever they were mentioned by the Republican Veep hopeful. On the day of the debate, the site got half a million hits. "People threw Palin Bingo parties," says Ward.
