"Empower the [U.S. Small Business Administration]. The SBA budget has been cut significantly under the Bush Administration, and it's been an ineffective agency for many years. But for small businesses, it's our only resource in the federal government. We're the generator in this economy, and this is all we get? We'd like to see the Administrator involved in Cabinet meetings and see the budget grow."
