Open-source content-management systems for the Web help companies create and manage content, such as documents and images for Web sites. In a May 2008 report, Forrester Research (FORR) recognized Drupal, initially developed by Dries Buytaert (pictured), and Alfresco as the two leading open-source solutions for the enterprise.
