Present yourself as a person people want to follow. In the military, strong body language is called "command presence." Eye contact is the key to command presence. In a business setting, look people in the eye 90% of the time when you are speaking and even more when they are speaking to you. As far as wardrobe, avoid looking slovenly. Your image speaks volumes. A military hero once told me his leadership secret: Always dress a little better than everyone else.
