One of the biggest challenges for CIOs today is delivering better service at lower costs. To that end, Nortel (NT) CIO Steve Bandrowczak is experimenting with virtual desktops to lower costs associated with the desktop. In 2009, Nortel will expand testing with as many as 2,000 users.
