Monster: Double Take, BBDO
FINE: THUMBS UP Mounted moose heads always bring the funny, especially when paired with, ah, that which is their opposite. Looks great—also looks terrible precisely when it is appropriate—and dares to sidestep the whole economic implosion thing. Wisely, I think.
KILEY: THUMBS UP I like this ad, too, especially the punch line. I pretty much feel like I'm living under a moose's rearend most of the time.
HELM: THUMBS UP A simple, silly, and clever gag, executed with perfect timing. My problem is that there's nothing to distinguish the Monster brand from CareerBuilder's. Both spots were funny, but a year from now I'll forget who did which.
