What cities have been hit hardest by foreclosures? Using data from RealtyTrac, we found the places with the greatest share of housing units under foreclosure in 2008. We also report the most recent median home sale price, and the percentage change from the previous year. (Sale price data is from the National Association of Realtors from the third quarter of 2008, where available, or the current estimate from Zillow, as noted.)
