"Don't think that just because the sample is O.K., the shipment will be okay. Pay someone, an outside party, to check on the quality during production. Or have the manufacturer send samples from the production run [before they complete and ship the whole order]. Ask for the 10th item and maybe the 500th from the run. Normally they won't offer it, but you can request it."
