More than 120,000 people have already signed up for Twitterfeed, a service that lets users get updates from any blog or news source automatically sent as Twitter messages. Bloggers such as Guy Kawasaki (pictured), the former Apple executive and entrepreneur behind Alltop, also use Twitterfeed to broadcast their latest posts to their thousands of Twitter followers in a single click. Twitterfeed creator Mario Menti is talking to potential partners who could help him turn profits from the tool.
