Identical twin brothers Sir David and Sir Frederick Barclay are two of Europe's wealthiest and most elusive seniors. The Barclay brother's career sparked in the early 1960s when they began redeveloping boarding houses and later bought the Ritz Hotel in London. In 2004 the two brothers, who own the island of Brecqhou in the Channel Islands, acquired the Telegraph Media Group, which publishes London's Daily Telegraph and Spectator magazine.
