Upon graduating, Merage MBAs become members of the alumni association. Graduates have continued access to Merage resources—including the alumni database, regional alumni chapters, continuing education, course auditing privileges, a job database, and alumni career services. Some graduates have noted that the career center needs improvement. One newly minted MBA surveyed by BusinessWeek said that Merage has "good regional career opportunities, but not much on-campus recruiting by companies outside the area." Although the school lacks the robust networks of larger, more established schools, students regularly land jobs with top recruiters such as Deloitte, Bank of America, and Hewlett-Packard.
