I think you have to keep a healthy perspective of how work fits in with the rest of your life. If you're obsessive-compulsive about work, you become very vulnerable. It's very easy to have your stress last longer because of e-mail and BlackBerrys. My BlackBerry went dead in Africa for a week, and it was great. You can think creative thoughts just like the old days. I also exercise: I hike, play tennis, work out in a gym. I do more now than I did in my 20s.
