We need to first address the problems in the financial sector that caused the issue. And when you look at unregulated marketplaces, they need to have an answer about how they are going to fix these unregulated pools of liquidity before they come to us and say we need to change things on a regulated futures exchange. That to me doesn't make any sense.
I have not heard of a solution other than we are working with other governments around the world to come up with a unified solution or laws, and I think that's going to take a lot longer than anyone could ever possibly imagine to get harmony amongst nations to come up with the same standards. I just don't see that as a reality.
