Describing itself as "social customer relationship management," CoTweet is a tool for businesspeople to communicate with customers via Twitter, allowing multiple people to access a corporate Twitter account to provide responses and customer service. Users so far include Coca-Cola (KO) and Microsoft (MSFT), though they're not paying yet.
