Starbucks is a logo tweeter. The man behind @Starbucks is Brad Nelson--a loyal employee who's been with the company since 1998. His conversation is close to what you might overhear while sitting in your neighborhood coffee shop. Nelson views the company's Twitter presence as a natural extension of CEO Howard Schultz's favorite public statement: "Starbucks is more about people than coffee."
