Cepia developed a set of pet hamsters, formerly called Go Go Pets, that move and can make more than 40 different sounds when touched. Retailers expect the price point to draw consumers this season, and Cepia expects to ship 4 to 5 million toy pets by the end of the year, according to media reports.
