Witnessing the success of private-sale sites in his home country of France, Michael Meerzoumen came to New York to start Editor's Closet. The site offers its 180,000 members six sales a week and specializes in handbags, watches, and other women's accessories. Funded by angel investors, the company expects sales this year of $3 million, and about $9 million in 2010.
