For the past week, the center of the global auto industry has been at an exhibition hall in New Delhi. As sales slump in the U.S., Europe, and Japan, carmakers are focusing on India's fast-growing market. At the Delhi Auto Show, which closes Jan. 11, companies such as Honda (HMC), Toyota (TM), and Volkswagen (VOW:GR) have unveiled models targeted at Indian consumers.
