4. Don't Answer the Tough Questions

You ask yourself the right questions: Where do I want to go? What do I need to get there? But you never follow through. Instead, you fall back on questions like: What if I make the wrong choice? Those answers are easier; they don't require you to hold yourself accountable. Eventually, you'll take the easy way out. You'll quit before you start. You'll never fail or look foolish, but you'll never grow, either.
