Serbia's net migration rate in 2010 is about 0, according to the Population Reference Bureau, but the country's mobile workforce raises problems. A 2005 report in the South-East Europe Review for Labour & Social Affairs says that about 70 percent of Serbia's students plan to leave for better training and opportunities in other countries.
