Foster School of Business

The University of Washington is one of the oldest state universities on the West Coast. Founded in 1861, UW now educates more than 40,000 students on its Seattle campus alone. The Seattle campus, home to the Foster School of Business, is near Puget Sound and within sight of Mt. Rainier, in the background above.

Foster offers full-time, part-time, and executive MBA programs, as well as an undergraduate business major. With an emphasis on strategic thinking and leadership, Foster's business programs offer a rigorous curriculum heavy on case studies and team projects. Gaining an understanding of global business is also important at Foster, which requires all full-time MBA students to complete two international experiences.
